Church with Larry Dodson and his children while Mrs. Dodson is hospitalized. Mr. and Mrs. Dodson drove up on Sunday to accompany Mr. Dodson’s mother and sister to t alls Church. Miss Carolyn Brown of Arlington was a guest of her parents Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Brown for the weekend. Mrs. H. H. Aylor and her son Ranny were in Washington, D. C. Wednesday and Thursday to be near the Veteran's Hospital where their son and brother Joe Henry Aylor underwent surgery on) Thursday. Miss Belle Strother of Salem is visiting her niece Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Jr. Mrs. J. Harvey Daily returned on Friday from the Winchester Memorial Hospital. Guests and weekend’callers in the Daily home were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Flowers of White Hall, Ohio, Mrs. Mary Burner, Miss Catherine Moyer, Clarence Moyer and Elder and Mrs. W. T. Daily of Luray, Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Woodard of Warrenton. Mrs. Paul Thompson and daughter Miss Ann Rodes Thompson are spending this week with Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown. The Rev. Paul Thompson returned to his home in Murfreesboro, N. C. after a weekend visit at Rock Villa. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wayland were Mrs. Jimmy Wayland, her son Jimmy, Jr. of Alexandria, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Wayland of Arlington spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wayland. Mrs. Wayland was an over-night guest Sunday of her sister Mrs. E. W. Gore. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Piehler of Rochester, New York and Mrs. Walter Jones of Silver Spring, Maryland were afternoon guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Buckley and George Brown at the Lee High way Hotel and dinner guests of Mr. ana Mrs. R. E. Many and family at Ivy Hill.
