Slate Mills

By Mrs. Alice Dorsey Tuesday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy were Mrs* Kennedy’s sister Mrs. O. B. Smith and son Junior and grandson Leroy Leathers, all of Etlan. Mrs. Joseph Powers left Morv day morning for Williamsburg where she is attending a business meeting of the Telephone Company being held there through Friday. Miss Betty Kennedy of Alexandria was a week-end guest of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Waver Kennedy. Their son and daughter-in-law Mr. andMrs. Robert Kennedy of Alexandria were Sunday guests. Mrs. James Minnis of Culpeper left Culpeper Memorial Hospital on August 11 and is staying at the home of her parents Mr. andMrs. Waver Kennedy.

Mrs. William (Buddy) Dodson and infant daughter Cheryl Ann left the Culpeper Hospital last Friday and Vent to the home of her mother Mrs. Milton Dodson in Woodville to stay for a week or two.
