Extension Service is cooperating with the Board of Supervisors and planning Commission in show ing how Soil Suitability Maps for Buildings can be developed from our soil survey. From the soil survey maps, scale 1M320 feet an enlarged sepia or positive film is made to a scale of 1“ 660 ft. From this positive a print is made to the same scale. Samples may be seen at the Extension Office in Washington. Already this one map has been of valuable usage in locating the best site for our new school building.
