been Carlllonneur of the Luray Singing Tower since it was dedicated in 1937. He was educated at the University of Virginia, Peabody Conservatory, John Hopkins University and studied Carillon under English and Belgian Carillonneurs, including Anton Brees, Carillonneur of the Bok Singing Tower in Florida.
