Miss Latham Engaged
The engagement of Miss Nancy Conway Latham of AmiS8Ville to David Kearns Hoadley of Arlington is announced. Miss Latham is the daughter of Mrs. A. C. Latham, Jr. and the late Mr. Latham. Mr. Hoadley is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur T. Hoadley. Miss Latham is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School and was graduated from Berea College, Berea, Kentucky in June. At Berea she was active in student government and was a member of Alpha Sigma Chi, the senior women’s honor society. She is employed with the District of Columbia Department of Public Welfare, Chief Welfare Division, as a social worker. Mr. Hoadley was graduated from Indiana University and received his Masters degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. He serred- tor twcr year* .ai»*a Lieutenant with the U. S. Army and is presently employed as an Administrative Assistant with the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, Washington, D.C. The wedding is planned foi early January.
