Life Insurance

Veterans who are still carry ing their GI insurance as a term policy, with premiums increasing every five years, would be wise to ask themselves the following questions: 1. Is my National Service Life Insurance Policy all or a large part of my insurance protection? 2. Do I intend to keep this insurance for the rest of my life, even if I live to be 70 or 80, as many people do? If your answer to these questions is yes, then you probably should not carry renewable term insurance indefinitely. Why not? Because for one thing you may not be able to afford it when you approach or pass 70. The longer you live, the higher the premium gets. Remember, if you are an average man your income will be smaller in the later years of life. Although permanent plans of life insurance cost more right now, remember the premiums do not increase. In the years to come tne premiums will be easier to pay than will the ever increasing .premiums of term insurance. Some of the permanent plans of insurance are: Ordinary Life. This plan has a level premium for life with no reduction in the policy amount. Modified Life. This plan has a lower premium than Ordinary Life and is designed for those who may find Ordinary Life too expensive for their
