Peyton Anderson, a nephew of Mrs. Latham, who has just returned to this country on leave from government service in Saigon, visited her Monday, and also called on Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Billy and Mr. and Mrs. J. Richard Latham. He will return to Vietnam the middle of October.
