Bull Feed Test
One hundred and f if teen BCIA bulls have completed 56 days of their feed test at Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises. Their average daily gain on feed was 2.83- pounds, average weight per day of age 2.4 pounds with an average grade of 13.5 (above mid choice). Included in the test are 41 Herefords, 5 Shorthorns and 69 Angus. Bulls meeting requirements of the feed test will be sold at auction on March 10.

Game Warden Jobs
A total of 499 applications were received for the position of Game Warden Trainee during the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries’ latest recruitment program,> accord ing to Law Enforcement Chief John McLaughlin. From this total 310 have been requested to take a written test at one of the 35 Virginia Employment Commission centers abound the state. The State Department of Personnel reports that all of these tests should be graded by December 20.
