A Winchester, livestock <fea&» er has been charged with violating the Packers and Stockyards Act, the JLJ. S. Department of Agriculture has announced.
The dealer is ferown Lovett, 811 S. Braddoclf St., Winchester, USDA’s Consumer and Marketing Service said. The complairtt was Issued by the Packer* and Stockyards Division' of the Consumer and Marietlng Service. Lovett will have an opportunity for a fqrmal hearing on the charges. After the hearings, the USDA Judicial Officer will determine whethjer the evidence supports the charges.
