ROTC Applicants
HEADQUARTERS FIRST UNITED STATES ARMY, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. The Army is now accepting applications for the 800 four year scholarships to be awarded young men entering college next fall and enrolling in ROTC. Applications must be postmarked no later than January 15, 1967. Awards will be based on scholastic standing, physical qualifications, leadership potential, and other personal qualifications. The scholarships will be valid at any of 247 colleges and universities offering Army ROTC. Each scholarship includes full tuition, textbooks and lab fees, and $50 a month living allowance for four years of college.
