Mr. and Mrs. Billy Daniel of Newport News are receiving congratulations on the birth of a daughter born Tuesday, Feb. 21, 1967. Mrs. Daniel is the former Miss Shelba Jean Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew R. Williams of Chester Gap. Mr. Daniel is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Daniel of Riverton. They have another daughter.
