Not much went on at R.C.H.S. last week. Report cards came out so many students decided that they had better settle down and work a little harder. There are several upcoming events that should liven things up a little, however. This Friday, there is the Senior Class play “The Greatest Man Alive* On Saturday, May 20, the Juniors will hold their annual Junior-Senior Prom with "Mod and the Rockers* providing musical entertainment. Later in the month Miss Younger and her choir will present the musical “Guys and Dolls*. Winding up the month will be Baccalaureate Service on Sunday, May 28. Graduation on June 2 will end the 1967 school year. On Friday, May 5 the 1967 Senior Class attended the Apple Blossom Festival Parade in Winchester. The group left school at 11 a.m. and traveled by bus to Winchester. Upon arrival the class split up into groups to view the proceedings as they chose. At 7:45 the students returned to the bus for the trip home. Chaperones for the outing were: Mrs. Jewelle Magarity, Mrs. Ray T. Cannon, Mrs. Milton M. Hawkins, Jr., David L. Layman and Raymond A. Ballard. The Annual Staff is anxiously awaiting the arrival of this' year's “Rappsodys*.
