Share-the-Fun Fete
Winners Announced
Twenty-five youngsters in the 4-H clubs of Rappahannock took part in the annual Share-the-Fun contests held Friday evening at Washington FTementary School. The contests were divided into junior and senior divisions. First place winners in the senior division were Aletta Beebe and Ellis Smith in a vocal duet accompanied by Aletta on the guitar. They pang “The Language of Love" and were costumed as a Frau line and a G.I. Susan Dodson with an imitation of Phyllis Diller also was awarded a blue ribbbn.
An imitation of the Smothers Brothers was given by Betsy Williams and Susan Latham to capture first place in the junior competition. They were awarded a scholarship to 4-H camp at Holiday Lake in Appo mattox County in June. The scholarship was given by the Northern Piedmont Electric Cooperatives and Mr. Louis de Rosset was present to make the award. .In the junior division, red
