Arthur Cheatham of Mountain Green, Washington, Va. was among the exhibitors at the annual Neighborhood Art Show at The Plains May 12, 13 and 14. He received a second award for a water color, “The Barnyard”. More than 300 entries were submitted by artists including members of the Shenandoah Valley Art Association of which Mr. Cheatham is a member. Entries were judged by Stafan P. Munsing, special consultant to the National Collection of Fine Arts, Washington, D.C.
