An investiture ceremony for the Girl Scouts of Troop 380, Kappahunnock County, was held at their Thursday meeting at the Parish hall in Washington. At this time a candle lighting ceremony took place and the girls were given their Girl Scout pins and World Association pins. Sisters, Jeanne and Paula St. Clair of Amissville are pinned by their mother, Mrs. Paul St. Clair, who is a troop leader, and Mrs. Lou Raney, who heads the scouts. The Troop had 100% attendance fbr the service.
