Estimated damage to the truck was $2000. No charges were made. Two cars collided in Amissville on Route 211 about 2:45 a. m. Sunday morning. Involved in the crash were a 1961, Buick owned and operated by Haywood Leonard Poles of Falls Church and a 1964 Chevrolet operated by James Edward Jacobs of Viewtown. According to Trooper Willis, the vehicles collided when Jacobs made a left turn into a lane in front of the approaching Poles car. Damage to the vehicles was estimated at $500 to the Chevrolet and $800 to the Buick. Jacobs was charged with reckless driving.
