The 4-H tSears-Roebuck Pig Chain awards banquet was held Thursday at the Hy-Wy Restaurant in Front Royal with both Rappahannock and Warren Counties participating. Stuart Pratt, assistant County Agent, left, presided at the meeting and Charles Overman, manager of the Sears Catalog Store in Front Royal, presented awards to 4-H’ers. Wayne Dodson and Joe Smith of Rappahannock received awards. First place winner, Lincoln Timbers, was absent.
