Mr. and Mrs. Harold Faulconer and two daughters of Orange were week-end guests of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher. On Sunday afternoon Mrs. Faulconer and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller were hostesses at a surprise birthday party for Mrs. Fletcher. A large group of friends and relatives gathered at Peyton House to honor Mrs. Fletcher. Jim Forward of Alexandria was an overnight guest Sunday of Ned Moffett and enjoyed hunting on Monday. Miss Segar Jones of Westha mpton College and Miss Becky Jones of Lynchburg will spend the Thanksgiving holidays with their parents Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones at Delamore.
Patrick Alther, a student at the University of Virginia, will spend the holidays with nis mother Martha Alther in ;he Gid Brown Hollow. Mrs. A. H. Keyser was in Washington, D. C. Monday for a checkup at the Doctors Hospital. She was accompanied by Mrs. W. Arthur Miller. Miss Kay Johnston of Radford College and Miss Carolyn Johnston of R.P.I. will spend the Thanksgiving holidays with their parents Mr. and Mrs. T. Mprgan Johnston. Mrs. Inez P. Throgmorton of Pass-A-Grille, Fla. left Saturday for her daughter’s home in Fairfax after visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Styer, who accompanied her to Fairfax.
