And it appearing from the records of the aforesaid office that you are interested in suit! land, you are 'further notified to ;i| pear in four months from the date of this notice and do what may !>e necessary to protect vour interests. You are further notified that I will apply for a deed on the 29th day of March, 1968, and also notified that said real estate may he redeemed at any time before the execution of such deed by payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
