15 acres in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, was sold on the 28th day of March, 1953, for delinquent taxes, levies, interest, and costs to Nish North and I, ns assignee of all the heirs at law of Nish North, have filed application for the purchase thereof in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. And it appearing from the records of the aforesaid office that you are interested in the said land, you are further notified to appear in four months from the date of this notice and do what may be necessary to protect your interests. You are further notified that I wi’.' apply for a deed on the 15th day of April, 1968, and also notified that said real estate may he redeemed at uny time before the execution of such deed by payment of the necessary amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
