Mrs. C.*G. Lawrence was declared the oldest lady attending the annual Ladies Night Banquet of the Amissville Ruritan Club which was held last Wednesday evening at Amissville fire halL She was given a jumping rope to aid in keeping her on the go. She was escorted by her son Edward, a club member. The dinner meeting was well attended and seemingly enjoyed. All club business was tabled and the evening was one of entertainment and fellowship.
