I he objec t of this suit is to partition title to the lands Charles A. r lotrher died seized and possessed of in the above-mentioned Hill of Complaint, said land being in Hampton Magisterial District, Raj pahan nock ( ounty, Virginia, and consisting of two tracts of land containing d. i TfjHtt acres and I .(l.’itrir, acre-,, ,,, terest in said lands having been obtairied by the Complainant, Robert It Freeman, from certain of the heir; of Charles A. Fletcher, as more fully recited in said Hill of Complaint. An affidavit having been made and bled that the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite her name listed below: Yvonne Fletcher, an infant 2:ir,2 North 18th Street, Philadelphia, pa.
