The SCA Executive Council remained after school Wednet day the Nth to choose SCA candidates for the Executive Council of 1968-69. After vigorous campaigning, elections were conducted Feb. 23. All students who had registered on Thursday were eligible to vote Friday. A very capable council was chosen with Carter Moffett, president; Terry Russell, vice-president; Lois Yates, secretary; Bill Kilby, treasurer; and Steve Gore, reporter. Congratulations to these people! Iam sure they will do a fine job governing the student body next year. A page in the “Culpeper Star Exponent" has been offered to RCHS each month for publicizing school news. Eddie Clark was elected editor and anyone who would like to help on the page notify him as soon as possible. Work hasalready begun for the first page and more prestige is given our school.
