Mirl Rinker , i ^ a. u.-..I Va Funeral services for Mirl Jack Rinker, 51, of Flint Hill were held Friday morning at 11 o'clock from the chapel of the Robertshaw-Turner Funeral Home in Front Royal, officiated by the Rev. H. Hasbrough Hughes. Interment was in Flint Hill Cemetery. Mr. Rinker died Tuesday, February 20, 1968 following injuries received from a cavein while working on excavation in Loudoun County. He was born in Atich, Pa., a son of the late Leslie Frank Rinker and Blanche Fisher Rinker, who survives. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving with his mother who lives in Stephens City, are his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Clark Rinker; three sons, Leslie M. Rinker of Flint Hill, John D, and Jack L. Rinker, both at home; two daughters, Mrs. Goldie A. Presgraves of
Mis* Lorie Newman
Miss Lorie Virginia Newman of Washington, D.C. died at her residence on Monday, February 19, 1968. She was a native of Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late William Wallace Newman and the late Rosie Jolliffe Newman of View town. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Vivian N. Yancey and Mrs. Gladys M. Jolliffe, both of Washington, D.C.
A funeral service was held Friday from the ForestGrove Baptist Church with the former pastor, the Rev. Charles Kindred officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
