TB Campaign Under Goal
“We are holding our breath" says Owen Phillips, Chairman of the Christmas Seal Campaign, “the Tuberculosis and Health Association of Northern Virginia is behind in contributions if the 1968 budget is to be met for an effective program in the area. If contributions continue to come in at the same rate we can still achieve our goal." The returns thus far are $40,725.23, leaving $1774.77 to meet the goal set.
