Below is a table taken from the last audit of the County by the State Auditor of Public Accounts showing the tax levy on Personal Property and Real Estate for the previous five years. It

also shows the percentage of the levy collected by the County Treasurer. The average collections for the five years is 99.94%. I will start issuing warrants in March for those who owe delinquent Personal Property tax. During 1967 we had 495 State Income Tax returns. The

total amount of the 495 returns including estimated income was $56,188.87. There was not one cent uncollected on the above incomes on January 1, 1968.
