Rappahannock County Boy Scouts with leaden of the Rappahannock Jaycees, picked up more than five dump truck loads of debris from the roads and along river banks where trout had been stocked. A truck was provided by the Department of Highways and Roy Atkins and Billy Alther, employees, assisted irt the "operation clean-up”. Heading the project was the local game warden. This group of boys belong to the Washington Scout Troop. The clean-up was done prior to the opening of trout fishing seasorj which begins at noon on Saturday, April 6.
