CHAPTER 18’. Turkey
Amend Regulation R18-1 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided in the general statutory law it shall be lawful to hunt turkeys from the third Monday in December through January 15, both dates inclusive, in the counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Amend Regulation R18-3 to read as follows:
There shall be a continuous closed turkey season in the counties of Alleghany (in the Gathright Management Area only), Bath (in the Gathright Management Area only,) Bland, Buchanan, Carroll, Clarke, Dickenson, Floyd, Grayson, Lee, Pulaski, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise and Wythe.
Present Regulation R18-4, relating to the general bag limit, is rescinded, and new Regulation R18-4 is adopted in lieu thereof,-as follows:
The bag limit for hunting turkeys shall be one a day and two a license year, bearded turkeys only, in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
