The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on March IS, 1968, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29-126, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for the purpose of adopting such changes will be held at Room 100, 7 North Second Street, Richmond, Virginia, at 9:30 a.m., April 20, 1968,
CHAPTER 3. Bear
Present Regulation R3-1, relating to the oren season for hunting bear in counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is rescinded and new Regulation R3-1 is adopted in lieu thereof, as follows:
Except as provided by local legislation, it shall be lawful to hunt hear from the second Monday in November through December 21, both dates inclusive.
