Amend Regulation R24-5 to read as follows:
The daily creel and possession limit for taking trout in Philpott, Smith Mountain, Carvin’s Cove, Flanaghan and South Holston reservoir and in the Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area and in Douthat State Park shall be five.
