Miss Beverley Byrd, daughter of U. S. Senator and Mrs. Harry F. Byrd of Winchester, will be the Grand Marshal of the Flint Hill Firemen’s Parade on Thursday, Aug. 3 at 7 p.m. Miss Byrd, who is a graduate of Mt. Vernon Seminary in Washington, D.C., made her debut in Washington, New Orleans and Richmond in 1968. Her hobbies include riding, water skiing and swimming.
