NOTICE
No person, firm or corporation shall com* mence the construction, repair or improve* ment of any building or any structure within this County if the cost of same shall exceed $500.00 until they have first obtained a permit in writing from the Zoning Administrator, Rappahannock County, Washington, Va.
Any person, firm or corporation failing to obtain this permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
The office of the Zoning Administrator, located in the Court House at Washington, Va. is open every Tuesday from 8:30 a. m. to 4:30 p.m.
