A single vehicle crash occurred on Route 211 six miles west of S perry ville Sunday afternoon. According to Trooper J. B. Willis, Chuichi Kamei of Washington, D. C. operating a 68 Mustang owned by Auto Discount Rent N Drive System, -an off the right of the road into the gravel, skidded across the highway and struck the left bank. He sustained lacerations of the lip. Damage was set at $1,500 to the vehicle.
Service at Hope Hill
Sunday School and church services will be held Sunday, (August 11 at Hope Hill Chapel with the Rev. and Mrs. Ed Dorrin in charge. Sunday School is at 10 a.m. and a night church service will be at 8 p.m.

j heifer was won by Gail Fadely of I Front Royal and a set of china was awarded to John Shenk of j Luray.
The carnival was brought to a climax on Saturday night when a 1968 Plymouth was won by George M. Nethers of Stephens 'City. Ann Gore of Culpeper was awarded $75, Peggy Martin of Warrenton was awarded $50 and $25 went to V. L. Painter of Culpeper.
Although rain prevailed all four nights, the midway was jammed and activity was heavy in all departments.
The Hint Hill Fire Department would like to take this opportunity to thank the public for their usual loyal support which made the annual affair a success.
