Airman James R. Latham, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Richard Latham of Homer Hill Farm, Amissville, has been graduated from a U. S. Air Force technical school at Sheppard AFB, Texas. He was trained as an aircraft mechanic and has been assigned to a unit of the Military Airlift Command at McGuire AFB, N. J.
Hie airman is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
