Miss Kaye Johnston with Freddie Schaefer of Sperryville flew to Biloxi, Mississippi on Thursday to visit Freddie’s brother-in-law and sister Airman and Mrs. Francis Updike. They returned home on Tuesday. Miss Carolyn Johnston of Richmond spent the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. T. Morgan Johnston. Mr. and Mrs. Johnston’s guests for Sunday dinner were Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Tanner and D. G. Tanner of Charlottesville, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Willoughby and daughter, Pat of Unionville. Afternoon guests were Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Tanner and daughter Jean ol Stanardsville and Mr. and Mrs. Bobbie Tanner of Richmond.
Miss Ruby Jenkins is a patient in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Sgt. and Mrs. David Streagle and children Shannon and Marc were over night guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kephart in Herndon. Shannon remained to spend a week with the Kepharts. Sgt. and Mrs. Streagle and Marc spent from Friday until Monday with his mother, Mrs. M. B. Streagle and son, George in ploucester, and Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Streagle and family at Seaford.
