Tim Kilby of Sperryville will enter his senior year at V.P.I. and his sister Tish has returned to Hartford, Conn, for her second year of graduate work at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. They are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Lucio Kilby.
Adult Education
Classes on Sept. 16
Adult Basic Education classes will begin Monday, September 16 at 7 p.m. in both Warren and Rappahannock Counties. The classes will meet at Warren County High School and Rappahannock County High School for the respective counties.
The Adult Basic Education classes will focus upon individuals 18 years old or older who are not enrolled in a secondary school and whose achievement levels are below the eighth grade.
Especially designed teaching materials will be used to teach adults reading, writing, and arithmetic. Classes will meet twice a week from 7-9:30 p.m. and will be from 10-15 in size.
