Howard Cheney and sister Mrs. Shirley Shelton of the Blue Ridge Mountain Estates have returned from a two weeks visit with relatives and friends in Kansas and Nebraska.
Mrs. Minnie Williams and Mrs. Gracie Williams were hostesses at a Stork Shower in honor of Mrs. Linda Stonebreaker at the Chester Gap Fire Hall Saturday evening. Others present included Annie, Rachel, Frances and Iva Williams, Sandra and Sue Pullen, Naomi Dulin, Eleanor Ryan, Myrtle and Ada North, Pearl Mills, Maybelle Gilkey, Barbara Morris and Ruby Reed. Many unable to attend sent gifts.
