The Board of Directors of, Rappahannock plans a reception j Sunday afternoon between 3:00 and 5:00 o’clock at the Library to pay honor to twenty authors, newsmen and columnists from the area. All Friends of the Library are ] invited to come and meet these |
writers who have come into the j
County as sometime residents of j our fair land. This is the first j opportunity yet afforded our i people to meet these authors.! Those who have had interest and are still concerned about the work of the Library and would like to participate in any way will be welcomed to the reception.
Mrs. Thomas Pillar and Mrs. John H. Williams are in charge of refreshments. The whole Board, including the Trustees will serve as the reception committee.
The Library is located on Gay Street and Calvert in the Town of ' Washington. Time 2 to 5 Sunday ! September 15th. I
