Carter Reunion
A reunion of the Carter family was held Sunday, September 8 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Carter in Amissville. Mrs. Flora Morris, aunt of Mr. Carter, was the senior member of the family present. She is 81 years young.
Others present were Mrs. Geneva Bowers and Mr. and Mrs.Arthur Morris and daughter of Arlington; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Harris, Edwin and Mary Ellen LeBrun, Fred Harris, Jr. and daughter, and Mrs. Foster and daughters, all of Front Royal; Mr. and Mrs. James Harris and daughters of Chambersburg, Pa.; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Settle and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Dodson and daughters of Fairfax; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Newcomer and family of Warrenton; and Mrs. Doris McGlothin and family of Manassas.
