Mr. and Mrs. Charles Battaglia of Howard Beach, New York announce the adoption of a son, Angelo Michael. Mrs. Battaglia is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylorof Sperryville.
Mrs. Mary Huff
A funeial service for Mrs. Mary Gertrude Huff was held Sunday at Geest Funeral Chapel, Culpeper, the Rev. Kirby Shenk officiating. Burial followed in Sperryville Cemetery. Mrs. Huff, widow of John Franklin Huff of Washington, Va., died Friday, September 6,1968, at the residence of her son in Flint Hill where she had made her home since February. She was a native of Washington, D. C., daughter of the late Jacob and Katherine Rupp Wiener. She was 61.
She is survived by two sons, John F. Huff, Jr. of Washington, Va. and Charles Edward Huff of Flint Hill and eight grandchildren. Also one brother, Francis Wiener of Washington, D. C.; and three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Souder and Mrs. Margaret Purcell, both of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Loretta Galardi of Victorville, Calif.
Pallbearers were John W. Kendall, Ike Ralls, Edward J. Pullen, Russell B. Pullen, Edward L. Pullen and Lewis B. Pullen.
