New Parcel Post Rate Increase Effective Oct. 19
The Interstate Commerce Commission has approved Parcel Post Zone rate increases effective October 19, 1968. All mailers using zone rate charts should see that they obtain a copy of the new rates so that their parcels will not be shortpaid on and aftei October 19.

Demonstration Set
There will be a Demonstration of the steps for making Florentine Flower Arrangements at the Rappahannock Arts & Crafts Group meeting, Tuesday, October 8 at 10 a.m. at Cab Inn, SperryviUe. All interested persons are invited to attend the Demonstration and membership is always open to anyone interested in any kind of craft.
At this meeting plans will be made for the winter’s activities. Projects which are being considered if enough interest is ihown are; fabric stenciling, and the decorating of boxes, trays and ather objects by the arts ol Decoupage and stenciling.
TThe group which is small and informal meets regularly the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Cab-Inn.
