Mrs. Stanley Williams
The Willis Chapel Choir gave a surprise birthday party for the director, Mrs. Bradley Williams, at the social room at the church last Thursday night. On Friday night the Official Board of the Church met with Mr. and Mrs. Williams. Others present were Dennis Williams, Mrs. Evelyn Mills, Mrs. Sam Hallman, Mrs. Sally Casin, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Fox, Aubrey North and the Rev. Edward Pruitt.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wines, Mrs. Eddie Fox and son Allen were visitors in Winchester last Tuesday.
Mrs. Roger Stonebreaker and infant son Keith Allen returned to their home last Wednesday from Warren Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Herbert D. (Jibo) Williams entered Warren Memorial Hospital last Monday and underwent surgery on Thursday. She is improving satisfactorily. Buster Mills entered the same hospital Sunday for treatment.
Ray and Joe Priest of Front Royal spent the weekend with their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Williams. Mrs. Bill Bolt, announced a special day for registration, Saturday, October 5 frotn 8:30 until 5 at her home. This is the last day to register in order to vote in the Novembei election. Lonnie Williams went to Winchester on Monday to be inducted into the National Guard. Mrs. Eileen Davis of Front Royal was the breakfast guest of Mrs. Opal Burnette birthday last S&iturday. TTiPae present included Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Williams and son, Mr. and Mrs. Timmy Williams and three sons, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Williams and son, Mr. and home on Sunday. It was given by her children and there were approximately 45 present. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Cook of Riverton were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bolt. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Williams and daughter Patty were Sunday visitors of Jerry Williams at Halifax.
