Open House Sunday
Rappahannock Count' Elementary School will hold opei house from 2 until 5 p.m Sunday, November 10. The nev consolidated school begai operation this fall with Mrs. Mar Quaintance of Sperry ville a principal Enrollment at thi facility is over 700 and th< faculty consists of 32 teachers.
All patrons in the county residents from the surroundini area and all interested persons an cordially invited to attend the open house and inspect the new school. Refreshments will be served.
Harvest Dinner Set Friday at Forest Grove
There will be a Harvest Suppei at Forest Grove school building Viewtown, Va., on Friday November 8 beginning at 5 p.m The proceeds from the suppei will go toward the Forest Grove Baptist Church parsonage fund The dinner menu will include ole Virginia ham, turkey and all the trimmings, vegetables, homemade breads and pies. All food is home cooked. Price for adults is $1.5C and 75 cents for children. Come bring family and friends.
