He will spend six months training in the single-engined, propellor-driven T-28 “Trojan” trainer aircraft. The training includes precision flying, basic instrument maneuvers, radio instrument navigation and two and four-plane formation flying.
He will also complete s 15-week ground school studying aerodynamics, engineering meterology, navigation, jel engines, special weapons anc communications.
