Beginning Clothing Workshop
There have been requests fron several homemakers in thi Washington area o Rappahannock County for ; beginning clothing workshop This workshop would consist o five meetings to be arranged bs the participants. In thi workshop, the participants will tx taught Selection of Pattern Fabric, use of Sewing Machine and the techniques and skill: necessary for the construction o a simple shift-type garment. This workshop is open to al homemakers and is for those persons who have never had anj experience with clothinj construction and those who an anxious to perfect their skills Anyone interested in the workshop may seek furthei information by dropping a note with your name and address and telephone number to Miss Judy Burtner, Ext. Dates To Remember The Flint Hill Home Demonstration Club will meet Tueselay, Jan. 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Paul Miller, Flint Hill. The program topic will be “Understanding Advertising and Packaging”.
