Annual 4-H Supper

Set for March 15

Rappahannock 4-H Clubs will hold their annual fund-raising supper Saturday, March 15 at the Elementary School Cafeteria. Serving will start at 5 p.m. and continue until 7 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale the last of this month.

Miss Burtner is planning a menu of turkey, candied yams, green beans, rolls, milk or coffee, and dessert. Adults will pay $1.25, youths 10 and under 75 cents.

Reservations for large groups will be only by requests made in advance to the Extension Office (675-3619).

In view of the larger and more modern facilities at the elementary school, Bill Lyne, Extension Agent, Agriculture, says many more people can be served much easier and quicker than heretofore. Also, those preferring “to buy and take out” are asked to let their intentions to do so be known several days in advance.
