Miss Carter Moffett, of Washington. Va., was a delegate to the Virginia Mid-Winter Conference of 4-11 All Stars which was held the past weekend in Natural Bridge. The conference included a business meeting and election of officers, a talk by 1968 Miss Virginia, Miss Cherie Suzanne Davis of Clifton Forge, and an opportunity to meet many International Foreign Exchange students in this country. A dance and smorgasboard were other highlights of the weekend meeting. A 1 11 All Star is an outstanding Filer at least 15 years old with three or more years of active club work.
