Cook-Paul Vows

The marriage of Wanda Mae Paul of Washington, D. C. and Robert E. Cook of Front Royal was solemnized Saturday, January 18, 1969 at two o’clock in Duncan Memorial Methodist Church, Berryville, Virginia. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. M. Claude Cook, pastor of the church and brother of the bridegroom.
The bride was given in marriage i by her brother Frederick Paul of
| Virginia Beach. She wore a winter iwhite suit with matching | accessories and carried a white prayer book topped with white roses.
Mrs. Richard W. Knochel of Tucson, Arizona served as matron of honor for her sister. Her costume was a blue suit with matching accessories.
Maurice Walker of Falls Church, brother-in-law of the bridegroom was best man and Douglas Walker served as an usher
Following the wedding, a reception was held at the home of the bridegroom in Front Royal.
Mr. and Mrs. Cook will make their home in Front Royal where he is employed with the National Park Service.
On Friday evening Mrs. Claude Cook and Mrs. Maurice Walkef entertained with a rehearsal dinner for the immediate families and out-of-town guests.
