It seems that appraisals and ssessments are and have been roblems for communities, towns nd cities all around the nation. I ave done a bit of reading on the abject during the last few weeks nd I would like to pass on some f the information I have athered. X Tire American Home in 1961 rinted an article titled “How to 'ight Unfair Real Estate issessments.” One might think hat this Article is out of date since we are living in the year of 1969, but some of the information may or may not be r<ertinent to our situation. I quote he following excerpts: “Assessing real estate has •ecome one of the biggest aggling acts of the century.
