First Ai d Course Begins
Monday in Sperryville
Arrangements have been made for a Standard First Aid Course to be given at Sperryville fire hall beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Monday night, May 5. The class]
will continue on May 12, 14, 191 and 21. It is imperative that all classes are attended in order to receive a Standard First Aid card. Classes will begin promptly at 7:30.
Instructors for the course will be Pete Clatterbuck and P. O. Dobyns, both of Culpeper. Red Cross First Aid manuels have been ordered and will cost $1.50 each.
Important Republican Meeting Monday, May 5
There will be an important meeting of the Rappahannock Republican Party on Monday, May 5,1969 at the Rappahannock County Courthouse, Washington, Va. beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to elect delegates and alternates to the 28th Delegate District Convention which will be held at Washington, Va. on Saturday, May 10, 1969 at 2 p.m. Other pertinent business will also be transacted.
